Bootcamp!

Starting May 1st


Spring into shape this May with a boot camp for every body! Athletic Therapist Mallory Black will be offering a beginner boot camp focusing on proper alignment and injury prevention that will get you moving the right way! Structured so you can work at your level, this class is sure to get you excited about body health & wellness!

The location and time is ideal for soccer parents looking to get active this spring!


Location: Edward Schreyer School fields
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday’s May 1 - June 21 (24 classes)

Cost: 10 classes for $150 or an unlimited class pass for $250 (Drop in fee is $15)

Little Kickers

Thursdays, May 11th - June 22nd


We invite all 2-3 year olds to this positive, fun-filled and friendly environment kids soccer program! Your child will not only learn the basics of soccer including agility and coordination.

This program will run every Thursday, weather permitting.

Ages: 2-3 years

Must be 2 by December 31, 2016


Cost: $25.00
Times: 6:00 – 6:30 pm

Stained Glass

Saturday, May 13th


This is a complete course including instruction, tools, and materials which will enable anyone to learn the basics of foil stained glass. This class will take students through the entire process from planning, preparing a pattern, choosing the glass, cutting, grinding, filing, soldering and finishing their projects.

Students will complete two projects.

All supplies are included, but please bring a lunch.

Location: Sunova Room, Sun Gro Centre
Times: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Cost: $57.50

Hatha/Flow Yoga

t-Ball

Tuesdays, May 9th - June 20th


Come out and learn the basics of baseball!!  T-ball is a simplified version of baseball and softball where kids hit the ball off a stationary tee.  It allows young kids the chances to practise batting, catching, running the bases and throwing.  Not only will the kids learn basic baseball skills, but also social skills, listening, sharing and teamwork. This program will run every Tuesday, weather permitting.

Ages: 4-6 years
