Q: Is payment required upon registration?
A: You can phone or email in your registration and then drop off or mail in a payment. Your spot in a course isn't secure until we receive your payment.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds must be requested prior to the second class. No refunds will be given to classes already completed (IE - one day class)

Q: How do I get my receipt?
A: Receipts will be issued upon payment, but will not be mailed out. You can pick up your receipt at the first day of the class, or in person at the Sun Gro Centre.
