What is Belly fit?
This invigorating Yoga/Dance fusion class takes inspiration from
Fitness, Yoga, Belly Dance, Indian Dance, Qi Gong and meditation,
offering an experience that feeds both the physical and the spiritual.
Expect a fun, flowing, full body workout that will tone, strengthen and
open both body and mind ~ leaving you feeling energized, inspired, and
joyful!

What is Geocashing you ask? Well it is like a high tech Easter egg hunt. Someone hides a container or inexpensive knickknacks - a cache. Then they post its latitude & longitude on the internet and other people go hunting for it. If they find it they trade knickknacks and sign a log to record their visit. If you are interested in trying this out let me know at recprog@mts.net or 268-9266 ext 3. This program was made possible by a grant from "healthy Together Now" (CDPI).
